Consultazione estratto conto previdenziale
Buongiorno a tutti, stamane ho consultato il mio estratto conto previdenziale aggiornato al 18/10/2022 ed ho notato che il periodo delle maggiorazione di 1/5 parte dal 4/7/1986 (periodo di servizio ausiliario trattenuto) con l'esclusione del periodo precedente dal 4/7/1985 al 3/7/1986 (periodo di servizio ausiliario di leva). Come faccio a segnalare all'Inps la circolare ministeriale 333/h/N18 ter del 9/4/2019 che segnala di considerare tutti i periodi compresi dalla percezione dell''Indennità Pensionabile? Grazie

Il presente estratto conto ha carattere provvisorio ed informativo ed elenca i periodi contributivi attualmente registrati negli archivi dell'INPS. Non ha valore certificativo.
Laddove fosse necessario verificare il raggiungimento dei requisiti per la pensione occorre rivolgersi agli Uffici dell'INPS o ad un Ente di patronato.

Qualora tu sia già in pensione, come descritto in altri post, devi controllare il tuo foglio matricolare, dove in una delle primissime voci del quadro "F" viene trascritta la data di percezione dell'indennità pensionabile.
A partire da quella data si ha diritto alla maggiorazione di un quinto sulla pensione, sia come anni alla pensione che importo.
Se trovi discordanze, devi rivolgerti al tuo ente (Questura etc..) per risolvere la questione.

Scusate la domanda, ma chi sta per andare in pensione tra qualche mese vedrà aggiornati i periodo in modo automatico dall'INPS o dovrà farne esplicita domanda grazie ( noto nell'estratto cronologico previdenziale aggiornamenti con maggiorazioni solo riconosciuti solo dal 93 in poi, grazie a chi darà una risposta

in prossimità di andare in pensione la tua amministrazione trasmetterà la situazione aggiornata all'Inps.

come promesso invio in allegato la procedura per effettuare eventualmente la relativa richiesta.
Prima però contatta l'ufficio contabile della Questura ed informati, vedrai non sarà necessario eseguire alcuna variazione in merito.
